Then you don't owe anything. No pressure and no follow-up pitch.
Can I make changes later?
Until handoff, yes: as many as you want. If you ask for a change after you've approved the finished site, you approve the new version before it goes live. At handoff we test your contact form with you. For 7 days after you confirm it works, we fix any mistakes of ours for free. After those 7 days, we don't make any more edits. The site is fully yours, and because you own the files and the hosting account, any web designer can update it for you.
Will this get me more calls or a higher Google ranking?
We set your site up with local SEO basics and make it easy for customers to call you or ask for a quote. But we can't guarantee search rankings, traffic, calls or leads. Those depend on Google, your competition, your reviews and things outside our control.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. If your current site is slow, hard to use on a phone, or just looks dated, we can rebuild it and point your existing domain to the new site.
