jerseyshoresites.com is run by Jersey Shore Sites. It's here to describe our website design services for local businesses in Monmouth and Ocean County, New Jersey. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Information only

Everything on this site is general information about our services. It isn't an offer or a contract, and prices and details can change. Nothing on the site creates a project or obligation for you or for us.

Sample sites

The sample sites under /samples/ are demo designs for fictional businesses. Their names, people, reviews, prices and phone numbers (which use the 555 range) are placeholders, and any resemblance to a real business is coincidental. Forms on the sample sites are for demonstration and don't send anything.

Projects

Every project is covered by a separate written agreement between you and Jersey Shore Sites. That agreement controls if anything on this site says something different. In general:

• A website is a one-time $1,000 build and handoff. $1,000 covers building and handing off your site. No edits or maintenance after handoff. If you want ongoing edits and maintenance, that is a separate plan at $10,000 per year.
• We start with a free mockup of your homepage, and you don't owe anything unless you decide to go ahead.
• After launch, we hand the site off to you. Your site, domain and hosting are yours, in your own accounts, and you're responsible for them after handoff.
• No monthly fees from us. Your domain name renews yearly with your registrar (about $10–20 a year, paid by you).
• We set your site up with local SEO basics, but we don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, calls or leads.

What you send us

When you send us text, photos, logos or reviews through our forms or by email, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that the information is accurate. You give us permission to use them to quote, design and build your website. Our privacy policy explains how we handle that information.

Our content

The design, text and graphics on this site and the sample sites belong to Jersey Shore Sites. Please don't copy them for your own use without asking.

We may link to other websites. We're not responsible for what's on them.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be error-free or online.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
